By supplying air from a compressor to the air bearing body for heavy object transport, an air film is created between the base surface, lifting the heavy workpiece. This enables smooth movement of heavy workpieces with minimal force for transport and rotation. It is ideal for positioning heavy workpieces and for precise measurement equipment positioning. Additionally, it can be used on flat surfaces and machine tool tables. For large and heavy workpieces, multiple air bearings for heavy object transport can be used to accommodate them.
